Golf Courses in and around the area

Beaches

Torrevieja

Torrevieja, which means old tower, is a Spanish town with both a traditional and modern feel. The sea front is modern and picturesque, but if you walk 100 meters away from the sea front you arrive at a beautiful old Spanish square which is the heart of the town. The square is over looked by a ornate church and this is where all the locals gather for a chat. The town is bustling with shops, bars and cafes where you can sit and watch the world go by.

Go inland a few more hundred meters and you come across the colourful salt lakes which change colour daily. The salt from these lakes is the main industry of the town, which sends salt all over the world, so if you have salt on your table there is a good chance it came from Torrevieja.

The town is ideally situated between the two international airports of Alicante and Murcia approximately 65 and 30 kilometers away with good roads leading to and from both
