A popular local market is held on Saturdays - again within 10 minute drive, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family. The location of this development is perfect for a great golfing or family holiday. Five minute drive you have the choice of three golf courses or 10 minutes to the lovely sandy beaches of La Zenia & Cabo Roig on the Costa Blanca. Courses such as Villamartin, home of the Mediterranean Open, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and La Finca are just a few of the ones which we are able to offer good discounts on green fees. Please feel free to inquire upon booking.Other Entertainmentbeaches and costa walksWithin a short drive of the house, the beaches are plentiful and vary from vast expanses of sand to small pebble coves. Many of the safe white sandy beaches are proud to display the prestigious Blue Flag, which is awarded by the EU for cleanliness and safety. The beaches along the coastline close to Villamartin are La Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, and Campoamor. La Zenia is the closest to the house,only a few minutes drive. Calla Captaen is next to La Zenia and is a very safe beach to swim or snorkel. . You can take a boat ride to the island of Tabarca where scuba diving is a pleasure, or sail along the coast. Fishing trips and boat rides are available from the port of Torrevieja. During the day you can enjoy the sea and sun along the magnificent beaches, while at night time you can enjoy a meal in one of the many excellent restaurants along the seafront. The keys will not be released without payment.We are able to arrange airport collection from both Alicante and Murcia at a set cost. Cots and high chairs are available upon request at 15 euros each per week. For booking there is a 25 % deposit payable at booking with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to booking commencement. Should booking be canceled within the 4 weeks the deposit is non refundable. |
