About the holiday Villa rentalHoliday rentals in Villamartin, Orihuela Costa / Torrevieja Costa Blanca / AlicanteA fantastic villa with private pool. All new refurb and looking great. Our villa has a large living room and dining area with a large fully fitted kitchen. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms, one twin and large single (can also have a put you up bed as well). A large full bathroom. Upstairs is the master bedroom which leads onto the very large balcony overlooking the private pool. There is also an entrance for the balcony at the top of the stairs. Also on the top floor is a large fully fitted bathroom. The balcony can be covered creting a perfect setting to enjoy those romantic sunsets.Outside are large terraces as you can walk around the villa. There is a large terrace off of the living room with table and chairs great for your morning coffee. Down by the pool you have table and chairs as well and plenty of sunloungers for relaxing by the pool. Of course you have the required BBQ for those summer BBQ's. The villa is centrally located for all of your golfing pleasure with several championship courses close by, about 5 minutes away. For other activities you are only a 10 minute drive to the beach and other areas such as Torrevieja and San Pedro are close by. A ahort 10 minute walk away are the shops of Blue Lagoon where you have a grocery store and several bars and restaurants making entertainment at your fingertips. In all with location and the villa itself, you could not choose a better place to spend you well deserved holiday. As with all In The Sun Holiday homes, a starter welcome pack is included in the rental. |

There are miles and mile of blue flag beaches within a short drive.Murcia city and Alicante are both within 40 minutes drive away and offer a multitude of museums, shops, cafes and restaurants. Just a bit further up the coast is the cosmopolitan resort of Benidorm with its theme parks and great nightlife.Villamartin Plaza is a lively centre for your holiday, its full of restaurants bars and shops with plenty to keep you occupied with a lively nightlife. BeachesAll the local beaches are blue flag, the closet being La Zenia under 10 minutes in the car or a bit further away there are miles of sandy beaches at Guadamar.Loads of water sports at Mar Menor a 20 drive away you can also experience the healing salt waters and mud baths. Orihuela is just a 20mins drive inland through the orange and lemon groves; and is a historical town unspoilt by tourism with churches ( visit the Semana Santa museum) and museums a plenty you can even ring the bell at the local convent and purchase pastries and jams from the local nuns. Beware here that siesta is observed and everything shuts down for the afternoon. The keys will not be released without payment.We are able to arrange airport collection from both Alicante and Murcia at a set cost. Cots and high chairs are available upon request. For booking there is a 25 % deposit payable at booking with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to booking commencement. Should booking be canceled within the 4 weeks the deposit is non refundable. |
