In The Sun Holidays is a privately owned management company whose pride is in their reputation. All properties are hand picked to insure the highest of standards for our rental clients. Your home is treated as if it were our own to insure a stress free life for you when away in your home country. Our goal is to obtain a steadfast relationship, with you the owner, so that you feel secure in all aspects. Our reputation speaks for itself!
Our terms and conditions are simple:
1. "ITSH" will visit your home on a bi-monthly basis to check that all aspects of your home are in order, rented or not.
2. "ITSH" will inform you of any problems or work which should be carried out and the approximate cost. Payment will be agreed prior to work commencing. Should there be an emergency "ITSH" will deal with as they felt necessary.
3. "ITSH" will be the only dedicated key holder apart from the owner. Because of this, ITSH would like to handle all entries and exits for your own rental clients also.
4. A basic inventory will be provided by the owner to be kept on file with "ITSH".
5. To assist in obtaining rental clients, "ITSH" will advertise your home not only in person but in on its own website as well as other websites which is included within the cost. Should you wish to join our newspaper campaign then the cost will be billed to you monthly pro-rata with all other properties advertised in the same advert.
6. "ITSH" will email quarterly informing you of the general status of your home.

In The Sun Holidays - Services
"ITSH" provides their own linens for all rentals for that professional feel and look. All cleanings are to done by our cleaners so that we insure your property is always in ready to rent mode.
"ITSH" likes to check in / out all guest to insure your property is in good order no matter who the guest may be.
"ITSH" offers airport collection from either Alicante airport or San Javier/Murcia at a set rate
"ITSH" can offer assistance in car rental to make your holiday easier
Payment to you of any funds will be made on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed and into your bank account in Spain
Cleaning charges are: one bedroom - 50 euros, two bedroom - 60 euros, 3 bedroom 80 euros 4 - 5 bedroom 100 euros
In all "ITSH" properties we offer a welcome pack and a bottle of Cava on ice for client arrivals for which we have obtained. We include this in the price. Should you wish the same on your rentals please inform, it's a nice touch!
