Welcome to another modern apartment from In The Sun Holidays located in Los Dolses.
This amazing apartment has all you could wish for on your holiday in Spain. First, it's a ground floor, so easy access for all. Walk into the front garden area and enjoy the sun all afternoon. Let's go inside and see what is in store. There is an ample living room area seating 4 people, a flat-screen TV with full International languages and FREE WIFI. Net there is the dining area for 4 and plenty of space. The kitchen is just behind and has all mod con's required for your holiday cooking. The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and an ensuite shower. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds as well as built-in wardrobes. There is a family shower room as well. Going outside in the back is another sitting area as well as BBQ and sofas! Not only is there a communal pool next door, but there is also a private gym downstairs for all renters to use!
The apartment is only a 5-minute walk to the Los Dolses commercial centre with bars and restaurants as well as a grocery store and a bank. There is a wide choice from breakfast eateries to Indian and Chinese and more. There is also the famous Villamartin Plaza just a few further minutes away with a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5-star dining with a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. As well during the summer the Plaza puts on entertainment in the central plaza so simply sit on your balcony and watch. Just a perfect place to be.
The surrounding area features golf galore with the Campo de Golf Villamartin just a 2-minute drive away and many others such as Las Rambles and Campoamor Golf Course. The La Zenia beach is also just a few minute's drive as well plus several others should you choose. If not the beach you can spend a day or two in the largest shopping mall in Europe, Zenia Blvd just a few minutes drive away. You will find all of the high street shops from Zara to Primark! A Hiper market grocery store and Casino as well.
The location of this apartment makes it the perfect holiday retreat. You can see why this is such a perfect location for any holiday rental in Spain or the Costa Blanca, food, fun, and sand, what else would you want on your holiday. There is so much to offer you will not even need to hire a car.

Everyone comes to Spain for the Beaches and the Orihuela Costa has some of the finest “Blue Flag Beaches” Spain has to offer. There are local tourist known beaches such as La Zenia Beach, Campoamor Beach, Cabo Roig Beach, Playa Flamenca Beach and the promenade beach in Torrevieja. If you ask about you can also find those special little beaches only known by the locals to have a little quiet time on the beach or a romantic day out.
Markets!: The nearest large supermarket is the Mercadona, which is just a few minutes drive away. The nearest Spanish market is now held each Saturday on Playa Flamenca (close to Mercadona) offering many bargains. There are also large markets held in Torrevieja on Friday, Playa Flamenca on Saturday, San Pedro on Monday and Guardamar on Wednesday. The town of Torrevieja is close by and here you can find an evening 'Craft market' on the seafront as well as many restaurants and bars. You can walk along the Promenade and stop off to enjoy a drink or meal at one of the many restaurants on offer.
For the shopper, you cannot ask for better as our new shopping mall, La Zenia Boulevard, being the largest shopping mall in Europe is just a few minutes away. Zenia Boulevard has shops in which you can find the latest in fashion, services, design, accessories or decoration at very competitive prices such as those of Primark, Alcampo, Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, Norauto, C&A, H&M, Zara, Zara Home, Lefties, Mango, Stradivarius, Bershka, Pull and Bear, Springfield, etc. Apart from shops, it has a Casino, bowling ally, and a host of fine eateries with all different types of food in the central court.
The local area host many things to occupy your time as well as sunbathing and a glass of vino. The local area offers other things to do such as horseback riding, scuba diving, flyboarding, fishing, sightseeing, quad biking or even hire a bike and go for a ride. Whatever you wish to do on your holiday in Spain, you can guarantee the Villamartin and local areas will have it, in fact, we have everything!!!

There is a compulsory 70 euro end of stay cleaning fee payable on arrival to the agent at key handover. The keys will not be released without payment.
We are able to arrange airport collection from both Alicante and Murcia at a set cost. Please ask for a quote.
Cots and high chairs are available upon request at a price of €15.00 per week each.
For booking, there is a 25 % deposit payable at booking with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to booking commencement.

We had a great time at this apartment. It was clean, modern with enough room for 4 adults. It was ideally located to local supermarket and some restaurants. About 20 minute walk to Villa Martin plaza and 25 minute walk to Paddy’s Point Bar in La Ze
