New on the rental market is this spacious 3 bedroom townhouse located in Playa Flamenca just off of the market street. This is a fantastic location sought after by many. Downstairs the home has a large living room seating 5 easily with a full UK TV package and an adjoined dining area for 6. There is a fully fitted kitchen large enough to cater for the entire family and more. There is also a large double bedroom and a full family bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 further bedrooms, the master with double bed and the other has 2 singles. There is also another large family bathroom. ALL BEDROOMS HAVE AIRCON. There is also a balcony upstairs to enjoy the lovely sunsets Spain has to offer. You can see why this is such a perfect location for any holiday rental in Spain or the Costa Blanca, food, fun and sand, what else would you want on your holiday. There is just so much to offer.
The townhouse is only a couple blocks away from the huge Saturday Market so you can shop for those bargains!! What's fantastic is the largest shopping mall in Europe is only a 15-minute walk away so you can spend hours shopping if not on the beach. Zenia Boulevard has shops in which you can find the latest in fashion, services, design, accessories or decoration at very competitive prices such as those of Primark, Alcampo, Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, Norauto, C&A, H&M, Zara, Zara Home, Lefties, Mango, Stradivarius, Bershka, Pull and Bear, Springfield, etc. Apart from shops, it has a Casino, bowling ally, and a host of fine eateries with all different types of food in the central court.
Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from plus the Villamartin Golf Course is on your door and other such as Las Ramblas and Campoamor Golf. The La Zenia and Playa Flamenca beaches are just a couple of km's away as well.

Everyone comes to Spain for the Beaches and the Orihuela Costa has some of the finest “Blue Flag Beaches” Spain has to offer. There are local tourist known beaches such as La Zenia Beach, Campoamor Beach, Cabo Roig Beach, Playa Flamenca Beach and the promenade beach in Torrevieja. If you ask about you can also find those special little beaches only known by the locals to have a little quiet time on the beach or a romantic day out.
Markets!: The nearest large supermarket is the Mercadona, which is just a few minutes drive away. The nearest Spanish market is now held each Saturday on Playa Flamenca (close to Mercadona) offering many bargains. There are also large markets held in Torrevieja on Friday, Playa Flamenca on Saturday, San Pedro on Monday and Guardamar on Wednesday. The town of Torrevieja is close by and here you can find an evening 'Craft market' on the seafront as well as many restaurants and bars. You can walk along the Promenade and stop off to enjoy a drink or meal at one of the many restaurants on offer.
For the shopper, you cannot ask for better as our new shopping mall, La Zenia Boulevard, being the largest shopping mall in Europe is just a few minutes away. There is a compulsory 80 euro end of stay cleaning fee payable on arrival to the agent at key handover. The keys will not be released without payment.

Cots and high chairs are available upon request at a price of €15.00 per week each.
For booking, there is a 25 % deposit payable at booking with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to booking commencement.

5 of us stayed here 20/09/24 to 28/09/24. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Everything you need is in the house. Beautiful Pool right at your front gate. 3 minutes walk to Playa Flamenca Saturday market. 10 minutes stroll to La Zenia Boulevard with pubs

Our stay has been in spring and there was a lot of tranquility that was just what we were looking for. The sea is close but it is a walk, as is the Zenia shopping center which is very good. The spacious house and comfortable beds.
