This a beautiful 2 bed 2 bath fully equipped apartment in the PAU 8 area of Villamartin only an 8-minute walk to the world-famous Villamartin Plaza. Its fantastic location makes it an ideal holiday home for Golf, Beaches, Entertainment and plenty of Spanish sun!!! The apartment is located in a gated community in the heart of the holiday area of Spain. You enter the apartment to a massive fully fitted kitchen with al the mod cons you could imagine in a holiday home. The living room is also large with a comfy corner sofa ideal to sit back and watch the full UK TV package on the flat-screen television or use the FREE WIFI. The apartment gets loads of natural light with windows all around and peaceful views into the communal garden area from the living room. There is a good size terrace from the living room where you can sit and enjoy the day to the lovely views of the gardens or enjoy a romantic meal. The master bedroom has a large double bed and ensuite shower room and as well you can enter the terrace to wake with a morning coffee. The guest bedroom has 2 large twin beds and both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. both bedrooms have AIRCON!! There is a full family bathroom as well. A car is not necessary but is an added bonus. This modern luxury style apartment is ideal for all holidays for either couples, families or golfers, simply a fantastic holiday home in Spain.
Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from plus the Villamartin Golf Course is on your door, the largest shopping mall in Europe – Zenia Boulevard, numerous Blue Flag Beaches to choose from, markets galore and all within a few minutes drive or even walk-able and of course the Villamartin Plaza with over 40 restaurants and bars to choose, from the local kebab shop to 5-star dining in many of the well know restaurants, we even have one owned by a TOWIE cast member. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. As well during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch with stars such as Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, Foundations, Oneida James of Joe Cocker's band and more. Local Things To Do!
This fantastic apartment is located only a few minutes walk to the Villamartin Plaza which offers more than you can imagine. The plaza is home to several top-class restaurants as well as many other eateries suiting all taste, bars for whatever you may fancy, from Irish bars to sports bars, banks, doctors and a supermarket. There are a bus service and taxi rank as well so no need to hire a car with public transport at hand. If you visit during the summer months there is fantastic entertainment in the central plaza in the evening free to all, from local artist to named artist in Spain. Basically, Villamartin Plaza is the place to be on holiday. Follow it on Facebook, Official Villamartin Plaza.
For the golfer, the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minutes drive if not just next door. In the near proximity there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well. We suggest if you are looking for ease of booking and discounted green fees to contact The Golf Factory in Campoamor.
Everyone comes to Spain for the Beaches and the Orihuela Costa has some of the finest “Blue Flag Beaches” Spain has to offer. There are local tourist known beaches such as La Zenia Beach, Campoamor Beach, Cabo Roig Beach, Playa Flamenca Beach and the promenade beach in Torrevieja. If you ask about you can also find those special little beaches only known by the locals to have a little quiet time on the beach or a romantic day out.
For the shopper, you cannot ask for better as our new shopping mall, La Zenia Boulevard, being the largest shopping mall in Europe is just a few minutes away. Zenia Boulevard has shops in which you can find the latest in fashion, services, design, accessories or decoration at very competitive prices such as those of Primark, Alcampo, Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, Norauto, C&A, H&M, Zara, Zara Home, Lefties, Mango, Stradivarius, Bershka, Pull and Bear, Springfield, etc. Apart from shops, it has a Casino, bowling ally, and a host of fine eateries with all different types of food in the central court.
The local area host many things to occupy your time as well as sunbathing and a glass of vino. The local area offers other things to do such as horseback riding, scuba diving, flyboarding, fishing, sight seeing, quad biking or even hire a bike and go for a ride. Whatever you wish to do on your holiday in Spain, you can guarantee the Villamartin and local areas will have it, in fact, we have everything!!!

There is a compulsory 70 euro end of stay cleaning fee payable on arrival to the agent at key handover. The keys will not be released without payment.
We are able to arrange airport collection from both Alicante and Murcia at a set cost. Please ask for a quote.
Cots and high chairs are available upon request at a price of €15.00 per week each.
For booking, there is a 25 % deposit payable at booking with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to booking commencement.

This is a lovely apartment an we had a lovely visit.
Plus side
Clean with plenty of facilities to live, cook washing etc. shower was very powerful. Pool are a little remote but very relaxing and other people around the pool friendly.

Anthony, I have to be honest, first you were told to telephone if you had ANY problems, you never did. You sent a text for the password to which I replied within 5 minutes. Surprising you never contact me in any respect again. Sorry I cannot see anything being a problem if no contact. Although I am glad you had a good holiday and yes, we hope to see you again soon. Me and my family had a lovely stay at the Apartment, it was a great base to explore local amenities. Short stroll (15 mins) to the Plaza where we had a great meal at Che !!! & Gatsby's...also some great entertainment (tribute acts) at Malupark Bar. I
