This 2 bed 2 bath apartment has many features with one being the outside space, feel and the private solarium. Sunbath in your own garden, the solarium, have dinner under the stars or sit with family or friends and enjoy the evening.
Entering the apartment you have the dining area and living room decorated to high standards. High-speed internet and all nationalities of TV including Spanish and a full UK channel list. The dining area seats 4 as does the living room. The fully complimented kitchen has all of the mod-cons you would require including a dishwasher. The living room has air conditioning as well.
The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning, and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, built-in wardrobes, and air conditioning. There is also a full family bathroom.
There is a large community pool just a 2-minute walk down the path. This luxury apartment has all you could wish for in your home on a holiday in Spain.
The apartment is a four-minute walk to the Villamartin Plaza with a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5-star dining in many of the well know restaurants. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. Also during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch stars such as Leo Sayer, The Bay City Rollers, Paul Young & Los Pacaminos, Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, The Foundations, Tony Christie, Andy Abraham, Paul Da Vinci, Ges Rogers Union Gap, and more. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks, and doctor.
For the golfer the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minute's drive if not just next door. In the near proximity, there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well. We suggest if you are looking for ease of booking and discounted green fees to contact Albatross Golf in Los Dolses.
Also now visit the new Zenia Blvd shopping centre, considered to be the largest in Europe and only a 5-minute drive away, catch a taxi or use the local bus service! This is home to many high street shops you will be familiar with.
The location of this apartment makes it the perfect holiday retreat for families or golfing groups.
As with all In The Sun Holiday villas, a starter welcome pack is included with coffee, tea, milk, water, juice, and a bottle of Cava to start the holiday right!

Everyone comes to Spain for the Beaches and the Orihuela Costa has some of the finest “Blue Flag Beaches” Spain has to offer. There are local tourist-known beaches such as La Zenia Beach, Campoamor Beach, Cabo Roig Beach, Playa Flamenca Beach, and the promenade beach in Torrevieja. If you ask about you can also find those special little beaches only known by the locals to have a little quiet time on the beach or a romantic day out.
Markets!: The nearest large supermarket is the Mercadona, which is just a few minute's drive away. The nearest Spanish market is now held each Saturday on Playa Flamenca (close to Mercadona) offering many bargains. There are also large markets held in Torrevieja on Friday, Playa Flamenca on Saturday, San Pedro on Monday, and Guardamar on Wednesday. The town of Torrevieja is close by and here you can find an evening 'Craft market' on the seafront as well as many restaurants and bars. You can walk along the Promenade and stop off to enjoy a drink or meal at one of the many restaurants on offer.
For the shopper, you cannot ask for better as our new shopping mall, La Zenia Boulevard, being the largest shopping mall in Europe is just a few minutes away. Zenia Boulevard has shops in which you can find the latest in fashion, services, design, accessories, or decoration at very competitive prices such as those of Primark, Alcampo, Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, Norauto, C&A, H&M, Zara, Zara Home, Lefties, Mango, Stradivarius, Bershka, Pull, and Bear, Springfield, etc. Apart from shops, it has a Casino, bowling alley, and a host of fine eateries with all different types of food in the central court.
The local area host many things to occupy your time as well as sunbathing and a glass of vino. The local area offers other things to do such as horseback riding, scuba diving, flyboarding, fishing, sightseeing, quad biking, or even hire a bike and go for a ride. Whatever you wish to do on your holiday in Spain, you can guarantee the Villamartin and local areas will have it, in fact, we have everything!!!

There is a compulsory 70 euro end-of-stay cleaning fee payable on arrival to the agent at key handover. The keys will not be released without payment.
We are able to arrange airport collection from both Alicante and Murcia at a set cost. Please ask for a quote.
Cots and high chairs are available upon request at a price of €15.00 per week each.
For booking, there is a 25 % deposit payable at booking with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to booking commencement.

Great holiday in a lovely Lola bungalow, great location, sun all day and a very nice sun terrace with brick bbq. Some noise, but dealt with immediately by Casey and any other minor issues were dealt thoroughly by Graham.

Great apartment in extremely good location, near to plaza 5 mins but set in quiet complex. Host was excellent and always to hand especially when our flight was cancelled. Very well equips and spacious property. Would definitely recommend and return.

Would recommend but if needing to go beach or a la zenia boulevard u can get the bus or taxi , but a car would be ideal giving y
