The perfect home for your holidays, a 2 bed 1.5 bath apartment overlooking the communal pool and the 14th hole of the Villamartin Golf course.
This beautiful modernized home is part of a small community and is located just at the Rioja centre and overlooks the 14th hole of the golf course, a perfect location. On entering the property is an open plan with the kitchen on the right as you enter. It is fully fitted with all mod con's required for any holiday. The living room is large with seating for four to watch the large flatscreen TV with a full UK Tv package and many other countries language as well plus FREE WIFI. Further, you have a sitting area to simply enjoy the beautiful views across the golf course while sipping your wine. There is a raised area dining area with plenty of space for four. The master bedroom has a double bed and built-in wardrobes with access to the large balcony. As well the second bedroom has 2 single beds, built-in wardrobes, and access to the balcony. There is a large family shower room and the utility room also serves as a W/C. The apartment has air conditioning throughout so never a hot day! Now pop outside and enjoy what we say Spain is all about, a huge terraced balcony with seating to enjoy the day and a dining area for six, and the necessary BBQ. Enjoy stunning views across the communal pool to the golf course, simply the best place to spend a holiday in Spain. The community has a great communal pool as well as a sitting area to enjoy the day. Do you need a car, not really as all amenities are a few minute's walk away, ut to explore yes one is a great idea.
Within just a few minutes walk you have the Rioja centre with several bars and restaurants to choose from and next door is the Los Dolses centre with yet more bars and restaurants as well a grocery store, all within a few minutes walk.
Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from plus the Villamartin Golf Course is on your door, the largest shopping mall in Europe – Zenia Boulevard, numerous Blue Flag Beaches to choose from, markets galore and all within a few minutes drive or even walk-able and of course the Villamartin Plaza with over 30 restaurants and bars to choose, from the local kebab shop to 5-star dining in many of the well-known restaurants. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. Also during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch with stars such as Leo Sayer, Bay City Rollers, Paul Young, Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, Foundations, Oneida James of Joe Cocker's band and more. Everyone comes to Spain for the Beaches and the Orihuela Costa has some of the finest “Blue Flag Beaches” Spain has to offer. There are local tourist known beaches such as La Zenia Beach, Campoamor Beach, Cabo Roig Beach, Playa Flamenca Beach and the promenade beach in Torrevieja. If you ask about you can also find those special little beaches only known by the locals to have a little quiet time on the beach or a romantic day out.
Markets!: The nearest large supermarket is the Mercadona, which is just a few minutes drive away. The nearest Spanish market is now held each Saturday on Playa Flamenca (close to Mercadona) offering many bargains. There are also large markets held in Torrevieja on Friday, Playa Flamenca on Saturday, San Pedro on Monday and Guardamar on Wednesday. The town of Torrevieja is close by and here you can find an evening 'Craft market' on the seafront as well as many restaurants and bars. You can walk along the Promenade and stop off to enjoy a drink or meal at one of the many restaurants on offer.
For the shopper, you cannot ask for better as our new shopping mall, La Zenia Boulevard, being the largest shopping mall in Europe is just a few minutes away. Zenia Boulevard has shops in which you can find the latest in fashion, services, design, accessories or decoration at very competitive prices such as those of Primark, Alcampo, Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, Norauto, C&A, H&M, Zara, Zara Home, Lefties, Mango, Stradivarius, Bershka, Pull and Bear, Springfield, etc. Apart from shops, it has a Casino, bowling ally, and a host of fine eateries with all different types of food in the central court.
The local area host many things to occupy your time as well as sunbathing and a glass of vino. The local area offers other things to do such as horseback riding, scuba diving, flyboarding, fishing, sightseeing, quad biking or even hire a bike and go for a ride. Whatever you wish to do on your holiday in Spain, you can guarantee the Villamartin and local areas will have it, in fact, we have everything!!!

There is a compulsory 70 euro end of stay cleaning fee payable on arrival to the agent at key handover. The keys will not be released without payment.

For booking, there is a 25 % deposit payable at booking with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to booking commencement.

The property is very nice and the place is so peaceful. We really enjoy it.
We could suggest to change the fridge with a bigger one. It would be easier.
And we suggest a small dishwasher.
