We stayed as a family of four adults. The property was ideal as the ‘children’ had a room each and there was plenty of space. The TV had every channel you could want and lots of the latest movies. Great if you wanted to get out the sun. There w as air con on both floors. Kitchen well equipped and we ate either inside at the dining table or up on the solarium on an evening. The solarium was a key feature for us so we could have privacy. Unfortunately we never got the bbq we were looking forward to as it was really dirty, with old cooked food on. We shouldn’t have to clean it, but even if we’d wanted to there wasn’t anything suitable to use. This really needs doing between guests especially as it’s an advertised feature. The communal pool was right next door and we used it a lot. There was a deeper end and a shallow end with children’s area. It was occasionally busy but we frequently went and had the pool to ourselves. There were chairs provided in the house and some swim and beach things in the box on the solarium upstairs. Locally, Villa Martin plaza was bustling at night and chilled during the day. There was something for everyone. We ate there a few times and used the supermarket, which was adequate. There is a larger supermarket a little way away which is much larger with a wider variety. We didn’t hire a car as the advert mentioned a local bus service. Unfortunately this was nonexistent and even the agent on arrival said they were unreliable and couldn’t be counted on to show up. We never saw one in all our stay. Sadly this reduced the amount of places we had access to, which was frustrating but fortunately we were told about Hopp electric scooters, which we used quite a lot to go shorter distances. Without these I have to say we’d have been really stuck unless we taxi’d everywhere. Zenia boulevard is a huge shopping centre with a big selection of shops. We went a few times and ate there too. Check out the activity board for things on daily, such as flamenco Mondays. We only visited Zenia beach as it was the closest. It’s not a long beach with shops and restaurants but it is big and has a couple of good restaurants and a swimming pool if you preferred which was only 7€ to access. Overall we’d recommended the area and the property. It had everything we needed. The only thing I’d say is hire a car or be prepared to book taxis.

We had a lovely time, and the house was immaculately clean with plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipment and made our stay comfortable as we had the option of eating out and use of microwave and cooker/oven, also the washing machine after a da y at the beach with the kids. When we arrived we were provided with milk, wine, tea and coffee to start, which was very helpful. The neighbood itself is very beautiful and the pool is well maintained and secured. I would recommend this house and will go back again.

Would definitely recommend having a car as the taxi's are very unreliable,we were lucky as we found a local hackney driver who was very good,other than that we had a fantastic holiday in a beautiful holiday home and would definitely come back if we s taying in the area again,thanks for everything

Accommodation was great for three of us on a golf trip, 3 separate bedrooms. it's an easy few minutes walk to the Plaza and there's a couple of bars/restaurants on the way! We will be back next again.

Thanks again for another great stay. House was perfect! From booking to staying was made a very easy experience through Casey..she was quick and efficient in resolving any issue we had! We highly recommend this property and dealing with Casey and Gra ham throughout...looking forward to next year already..Thanks Again!

the house was great, every thing worked well, graham came with keys and picked up after, very professional company, priced good , pool nice and clean,great spot near enough to walk to square, value for money should go to 10

Couldn’t have asked for more, kids were never out the pool and mum and dad were very much relaxed ! Property was spotless and very roomy, thinking of booking up for next year already !
