Beautiful 4 bed 2.5 bath villa with a private pool close to all amenities. If not dipping in the pool visit one of the many Blue Flag beaches nearby. There are several golf course within a few minutes drive as well. Or spend a day at the Zenia BLVD shopping centre.

The villa comprises of 4 bedrooms mixed with double and single beds. There are 2 bathrooms and a WC. The living room is spacious and has a full entertainment area of large TV, All nationality channels and a dvd player. A large dining area as well. The kitchen has all mod con's you could ask for and even a dishwasher. All rooms have aircon to keep you cool in the summer.
Outside is stunning with the private pool to sunbathe by or take a cool dip! areas to sit and have a drink and socialise also. There is even a TV outside so you can keep up with your soaps or sports. It's a perfect villa for your holiday in Spain.
The Villa is situated very close to all of the commercial centres a short drive away. The villa is walking distance to La Fuente centre, Los Dolces, Rioja centre and the massive La Zenia Boulevard is a short drive away. You also have some of the best beaches around on this coastline that are very close too and miles of fantastic costal walks. Theere are local Facebook groups you can join to ask local questions or ask your In The Sun Holidays Rep. There are some fantastic places to eat out and range from inexpensive to a luxury Al a Carte fine dining experience, so don’t be shy to ask if you want any recommendations.
For the golfer the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minutes drive if not just next door. In the near proximity there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well. We suggest if you are looking for ease of booking and discounted green fees to contact Albatross Golf in Los Dolses.
Also now visit the new Zenia Blvd shopping mall, considered to be the largest in Europe and only a 5-minute drive away, or catch a taxi!

Everyone comes to Spain for the Beaches and the Orihuela Costa has some of the finest “Blue Flag Beaches” Spain has to offer. There are local tourist known beaches such as La Zenia Beach, Campoamor Beach, Cabo Roig Beach, Playa Flamenca Beach and the promenade beach in Torrevieja. If you ask about you can also find those special little beaches only known by the locals to have a little quiet time on the beach or a romantic day out.
Markets!: The nearest large supermarket is the Mercadona, which is just a few minutes drive away. The nearest Spanish market is now held each Saturday on Playa Flamenca (close to Mercadona) offering many bargains. There are also large markets held in Torrevieja on Friday, Playa Flamenca on Saturday, San Pedro on Monday and Guardamar on Wednesday. The town of Torrevieja is close by and here you can find an evening 'Craft market' on the seafront as well as many restaurants and bars. You can walk along the Promenade and stop off to enjoy a drink or meal at one of the many restaurants on offer.
For the shopper, you cannot ask for better as our new shopping mall, La Zenia Boulevard, being the largest shopping mall in Europe is just a few minutes away. Zenia Boulevard has shops in which you can find the latest in fashion, services, design, accessories or decoration at very competitive prices such as those of Primark, Alcampo, Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, Norauto, C&A, H&M, Zara, Zara Home, Lefties, Mango, Stradivarius, Bershka, Pull and Bear, Springfield, etc. Apart from shops, it has a Casino, bowling ally, and a host of fine eateries with all different types of food in the central court.
The local area host many things to occupy your time as well as sunbathing and a glass of vino. The local area offers other things to do such as horseback riding, scuba diving, flyboarding, fishing, sightseeing, quad biking or even hire a bike and go for a ride. Whatever you wish to do on your holiday in Spain, you can guarantee the Villamartin and local areas will have it, in fact, we have everything!!!

There is a compulsory 140 euro end of stay cleaning fee payable on arrival to the agent at key handover. The keys will not be released without payment.
We are able to arrange airport collection from both Alicante and Murcia at a set cost. Please ask for a quote.
Cots and high chairs are available upon request at a price of €15.00 per week each.
For booking, there is a 25 % deposit payable at booking with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to booking commencement.

What a beautiful place amazing garden pool and views Little bit away from the plaza but 5 mins in a cab or a 35 minute beautiful walk going passed the side of the golf course Staying busy looking at some lovely villas on the way so not a bad walk Getting back to the villa a fee teething problems with pool and outside lighting But yes of course Casey sorted it A kettle I wasn't happy to use Graham to the rescue with a new one The kitchen cupboards need decluttering for rentals food And the air con in the garage conversion/ bedroom needs rewiring or disconnecting bit dangerous Overall views on the villa beautiful and felt comfortable And a massive thank you to Casey and Graham Very very helpful

Just returned from a lovely relaxing break in Villamartin. This Villa is quiet in a peaceful location within walking distance to the Plaza for food and drinkies.
