This is a great place for your holiday in Spain. A 2 bed 1 bath modern apartment located just a 10 minute walk to the Villamartin Plaza. Close to all amenities, Blue Flag beaches and plenty of golf courses to play one each day of the week. A perfect holiday home in Spain.

This beautifully decorated 2 bed 1 bath apartment is in the Lomas del Golf area in Villamartin. Apart from the modern decor, the outside space is what makes it so appealing.
On entering you have a spacious living room with FREE wifi and full nationality TV channels plenty of seating and dining area. On entering you have a spacious living room with FREE wifi and full nationality TV channels plenty of seating and dining area. The fully fitted kitchen has all mod con's for any catering you wish to do on holiday. There are two bedrooms, the master sith double bed and the 2nd with two single beds, so great for a small family There is a full family hower room also. You can enter the terrace area in the back through the bedroom where you have a lovely seating area great for the evening or just catching some rays! Out front is a perfect closed in area for dining and another beautiful terrace to sunbathe or just relax. The community has 9 swimming pools as well with one just across the street. In all this is the perfect place to call home while on holiday.
The apartment is ideally located for either a relaxing holiday or for golfers in the area being very centrally located.
Hiring a car is not necessary as you can walk to the Villamartin Plaza where public transport is available or taxies. It is handy though if you want to venture out into the area to have a car. We have access to cheap cars should you want one for a few days only.
The apartment is a ten-minute walk to the Villamartin Plaza with a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5-star dining in many of the well know restaurants. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. Also during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks, and doctor.
For the golfer, the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minute's drive if not just next door. In the near proximity, there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well. We suggest if you are looking for ease of booking and discounted green fees to contact Albatross Golf in Los Dolses.
Also now visit the new Zenia Blvd shopping centre, considered to be the largest outdoor shopping centre in Europe and only a 5-minute drive away, catch a taxi or use the local bus service! This is home to many high street shops you will be familiar with.
The location of this apartment makes it the perfect holiday retreat for families or golfing groups.
As with all In The Sun Holiday villas, a starter welcome pack is included with coffee, tea, milk, water, juice, and a bottle of Cava to start the holiday right!

Everyone comes to Spain for the Beaches and the Orihuela Costa has some of the finest “Blue Flag Beaches” Spain has to offer. There are local tourist known beaches such as La Zenia Beach, Campoamor Beach, Cabo Roig Beach, Playa Flamenca Beach and the promenade beach in Torrevieja. If you ask about you can also find those special little beaches only known by the locals to have a little quiet time on the beach or a romantic day out.
For the shopper, you cannot ask for better as our new shopping mall, La Zenia Boulevard, being the largest shopping mall in Europe is just a few minutes away. Zenia Boulevard has shops in which you can find the latest in fashion, services, design, accessories or decoration at very competitive prices such as those of Primark, Alcampo, Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, Norauto, C&A, H&M, Zara, Zara Home, Lefties, Mango, Stradivarius, Bershka, Pull and Bear, Springfield, etc. Apart from shops, it has a Casino, bowling alley, and a host of fine eateries with all different types of food in the central court.
The local area host many things to occupy your time as well as sunbathing and a glass of vino. The local area offers other things to do such as horseback riding, scuba diving, flyboarding, fishing, sightseeing, quad biking, or even hire a bike and going for a ride. Whatever you wish to do on your holiday in Spain, you can guarantee the Villamartin and local areas will have it, in fact, we have everything!!!

There is a compulsory 60 euro end of stay cleaning fee payable on arrival to the agent at key handover. The keys will not be released without payment.
We are able to arrange airport collection from both Alicante and Murcia at a set cost. Please ask for a quote.
Cots and high chairs are available upon request at a price of €15.00 per week each.
For booking, there is a 25 % deposit payable at booking with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to booking commencement.
